The following scenarios were built
to demonstrate how InfoPrag can deliver not only tehcnology expertise,
but real business value to our clients. They illustrate how clients
can use Web services to provide
necessary information to the web-enabled device of choice, anywhere,
anytime.
Objective:
Highlight the business benefits of an integration solution for Supervisory
Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems using .NET and SAP.
The SCADA Tank Monitor is a simulation program developed in.NET
which monitors maintenance data and sends necessary information
to field specialists and suppliers. It demonstrates how enterprise
maintenance environments can be streamlined while at the same time
creating efficiencies in supply chain management.
Objective:
Demonstrate how maintenance can be conducted using a PDA device
and Web services.
This scenario delivers maintenance notifications to a wireless PDA
device. Data recordings are done and then submitted back to the
plant-maintenance application, in our case SAP R/3.

Objective: Demonstrate how organizations can use
Web services to obtain additional revenue as content providers.
Highlight a full integration environment with Web services.
This scenario seamlessly connects heterogeneous platforms and applications
to allow users, either internal to the organization or external,
to retrieve land title information. The information can be delivered
to a cell phone, PDA device or to the user’s desk top internet
browser. If accessed by authorized users outside the organization,
a user-fee is charged for the service.

Objective: Demonstrate how companies can connect
business processes with key partners. e-Procurement can be implemented
with Web services using EAI and invoking SMS Messages for business
process notification.
